This exhibition is a collaboration with the Contemporary Glass Society in partnership with the Crafts Council on their 50th anniversary. The exhibition highlights the extraordinary diverse qualities of glass.
These small glass pieces represent cyanobacteria, one of the earliest life forms on the planet. Fossils many millions of years old have been found and they are still around today more commonly known as blue green algae.
I'm thrilled to be taking part in this travelling exhibition which has opened in Ely at the Stained Glass Museum. the show will be on tour for nearly a year and you can find the other venues and dates on this link. My glass is a continuing exploration of the forms of cyanobacteria, some of the oldest bacteria in the world and rest ponsible for oxygenating the planet many millions of years ago.

Jericho Artweeks begins on May 4 . We are open every day from 11 - 6 and the exhibition runs until May 12. A chance to visit and see the wonderful work of 4 very different artists.
I will have new work in my garden studio, small freestanding landscape sketches in glass as well as a selection of wall hung pieces. Seven glass artists get together in the beautiful light exhibition space of WestOx Arts in Bampton. Starting on March 2 with an opening reception from 12 - 2 then running until 30 March. I will have a range of my new small landscape pieces for sale along with other work and look forward to seeing you there.
